GROUP PROGRAM & COURSES

Learn. Experience. Change.

Guided programs, resets and masterclasses for women’s health, Ayurveda and healthy aging.

Welcome, I’m happy you’re here.

Let me introduce myself.

I’m Nancy, in my 40s and finding my way as best as I can through this phase of womanhood. Ayurveda came into my life 12 years ago and turned out to be one of the best healers I could have asked for, helping me through burnout and becoming a new passion and, eventually, my profession.

I’ve been walking this path ever since, studying with different Ayurvedic doctors in India and Western teachers, both online and offline. Ayurveda is not only my profession – it’s part of my life and who I am.

Today, as an Ayurveda & Longevity Coach, I support women through perimenopause and healthy aging with an extensive holistic toolbox, combining ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern longevity — the best of both worlds.
