As AyuForLife no longer operates as a permanent clinic, treatments are offered selectively and individually rather than as a fixed standing menu.

I booked an appointment with Nancy while I was attending a yoga retreat on Koh Panghan. I had quite bad pain in my SI joints and the right knee (these issues had been there for several months). Nancy offered me a free 20-minute consultation that was followed by a 90 min long treatment session. I loved the way the oil and herbal mixture was prepared: it was cooked on the stove like a delicious meal! Apart from oil and herbs, Nancy used hot steam and massage that felt amazing. After the treatment, my back felt much lighter as the tension and pain reduced dramatically. The knee was also a bit better, but I understand that it’s an old problem that requires patience.
Overall, my experience was not only pleasant but also informative and educational. Nancy gave me very sound advice regarding nutrition and exercise that I’m already following!

Nancy is a gem. I am so grateful that Ayu for Life exists on this little island.

Nancy is deeply knowledgeable in all forms of ayurvedic practice having studied in India over a number of years, and intuitively tailors her approach for each session. No session is identical but each fulfills my need of comfort, serenity & deep, deep relaxation. A 2 hour session with her soothes my mind, my spirit and my body. No matter the condition I arrive at her beautiful centre in; stressed, chaotic, tired or even calm, I walk out taller, stronger & centred. I really cannot recommend Ayu for Life more, it’s a truly transformative experience.

If you’re remotely curious about Ayurveda or simply looking for an incredible massage, definitely make an appointment. It might be your first but it will almost certainly not be your last. I can highly recommend Abhyanga & Shirodara.

I would also like to add that I’ve been suffering from a skin parasite for years. Tropical medicine doctors have been at a loss to treat it as have the various dermatologists I’ve seen. It has come close to driving me insane with the itching & pain. Nancy killed it stone dead in 2 minutes! Life changing.
