About Nancy Huettig

I am Nancy, an Ayurveda & Longevity Coach, Educator, Therapist and Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of experience in Ayurveda, holistic health and body-mind awareness.

In my in-depth 1:1 programs, I guide clients deeply back to balance, clarity, and self-awareness, with a special focus on menstrual awareness, perimenopause, menopause and the hormonal shifts.

I am based on Koh Phangan in Thailand, where I ran my own clinic, AyuForLife, on Koh Phangan — a sanctuary where ancient wisdom met modern well-being, and where I supported clients through Ayurvedic therapies, workshops, detox programs and transformational guidance.
