Dear Women,

You are not crazy – it’s just your hormones!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the hormonal changes affecting your body and mind in this phase of womanhood?

You might struggle with symptoms like irregular menstruation, PMS, weight gain, mood swings, rage, anger, anxiety, joint pain, fatigue, exhaustion, hair loss, insomnia…

And sometimes, you feel like you’ve lost touch with who you are.

It’s hard to connect with yourself or the people around you when these symptoms take over. Maybe you find yourself wondering: Who am I becoming?

And then there’s aging – oh hello wrinkles, where did my muscles go?

This time of life can feel confusing and overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be.

Pause. Breathe. Reclaim Your Balance.

I invite you to gift yourself a 4.5-day Well-Aging & Self-Care Women’s Retreat on the beautiful island of Koh Phangan.

  • Connect with other women experiencing similar challenges
  • Explore how to embrace aging with grace and vitality

Ayurveda: A Woman’s ancient Guide to Living her best life

Ayurveda has always supported women through every stage of life, offering gentle, compassionate, and holistic ways to navigate change. For thousands of years, it has provided tools to balance the body and mind by working with the interplay of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. When balance is restored, we find happiness in our minds, health in our bodies, and peace in our lives.

Are You Ready?

Join this retreat to reconnect with your inner self, embrace the changes with confidence, and discover a path to balance and vitality.

Take this step for YOU – because you deserve it. Spaces are limited, so don’t wait to book your spot.

Taking care of yourself…

Self-care isn’t always easy. I see many of my female clients struggling to build a consistent and healthy self-care routine. Taking care of ourselves during the different cycles of womanhood – menstruation, perimenopause, and the transition into menopause – is an essential part of transitioning smoothly into each new phase. But I hear you, it can be overwhelming, sometimes exhausting, and lonely. Adding to these transitions, aging as a woman has become more challenging than ever before in a world obsessed with staying forever young, which goes against the natural cycle of life.

Ayurveda, a lifestyle medicine for longevity, prevention, and graceful aging, offers an ancient Pandora’s box

full of wonderful self-care rituals

to keep us women glowing.

It’s not about anti-aging; it’s about pro-aging in a graceful and harmonious way.

Come and discover ancient rituals that keep you youthful within and radiate your beauty from the inside out.

Ayurveda has always cared deeply for women’s health, supporting women through all stages of womanhood with gentleness and love. For thousands of years, Ayurveda has provided a respectful and supportive approach for women, helping restore and maintain the balance of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. It is said that when we restore balance, we find happiness in our minds, health in our bodies, and satisfaction in our lives.

As women, we are the source of life. The most important relationship is the one a woman has with herself. According to Ayurveda, when we sync with nature’s cycles, we achieve greater balance and health. We are formed from nature’s memories and rhythms—the five elements and three Doshas. To reclaim health and healing, we must reconnect with nature’s elements, seasons, and rhythms.

What we’ll experience in this 4.5-Day Retreat?

In this retreat, you will prioritize yourself with wonderful nurturing ancient self-care rituals. You will discover how deeply connected Ayurveda is with the natural rhythms of nature and how we, as women, are intertwined with these cycles. When nature changes, we change. We possess the Shakti power to heal ourselves, nourish, nurture, and radiate that energy to our tribe.

I enjoyed my workshop on Koh Phangan so much! Would definitely recommend Nancy’s Ayurveda Menstrual Awareness Workshop. Nancy is an amazing and charismatic teacher! You can tell that she really enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge about Ayurveda. The workshop was very informative and opened my eyes in so many ways. 5 hours passed by like 2 and I learned a lot about my own body and mind. I felt super safe and comfortable in the space she created. Would love to go again!

Menstruation has been a taboo subject for a long time. I am so glad that this is slowly changing because it is such an important topic for menstruating people‘s health. Nancy explains the menstrual cycle from an Ayurvedic perspective and how to work with it rather than against it. I think everyone should listen to this workshop, as the knowledge it contains is incredibly valuable and unfortunately still rare to find.

          – Clara Harms –

It has been an amazing experience taking this course with Nancy. It gave me a better understanding of the women’s cycle and how to deal with each stage using ancient ayurvedic magic tricks.

Incorporating this natural method to ease the cycle was so easy and had such an immediate positive effect on my symptoms.

Also, there was such great support from the Telegram group, from Nancy’s tips to the other participants’ interactions in real-time.

I highly recommend joining the next one to benefit from the women’s power that exists in our menstrual cycle! “
