Self-care isn’t always easy. I see many of my female clients struggling to build a consistent and healthy self-care routine. Taking care of ourselves during the different cycles of womanhood – menstruation, perimenopause, and the transition into menopause – is an essential part of transitioning smoothly into each new phase. It is said that when we restore balance, we find happiness in our minds, health in our bodies, and satisfaction in our lives.

According to Ayurveda, when we sync with nature’s cycles, we achieve greater balance and health. We are formed from nature’s memories and rhythms—the five elements and three Doshas. To reclaim health and healing, we must reconnect with nature’s elements, seasons, and rhythms.

Meet Nancy
Nancy’s Ayurveda journey began more than 9 years ago with studies under Indian Ayurvedic doctors. With over 10 years of yoga practice, she was drawn to Ayurveda’s holistic principles and its profound impact on overall well-being.
As an experienced Ayurveda Lifestyle Practitioner, Educator, Therapist, and Yoga Teacher, Nancy has a deep understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection. Over the last 3-4 years, she has integrated more women’s health into her work, addressing the unique needs of women at all life stages.
Nancy’s mission is to cultivate body-mind awareness and elevate self-awareness using Ayurvedic wisdom and universal guidance. She is the founder of AyuForLife on Koh Phangan, the island’s only Ayurveda Health Center. Here, ancient wisdom blends with modern well-being, helping you live a healthy, balanced life in harmony with nature.

The Ayurveda workshop takes place in a beautiful villa surrounded by a lush green garden, nestled on a serene hillside overlooking the stunning Chaloklum Bay. This hidden gem offers the perfect setting for a self-care workshop, providing a tranquil and peaceful environment with no neighbors in sight.
The villa boasts a quiet and serene atmosphere, ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. You’ll find a small pool and a communal area where we do the workshop activities. Additionally, there are plenty of cozy spots to retreat to for some alone time and quiet moments of reflection.
This idyllic location allows you to fully immerse yourself in the workshop experience, away from the distractions of daily life, and focus on nurturing your wellness and embracing the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Join us in this serene sanctuary and discover the perfect balance of community and solitude, all while surrounded by the natural beauty of Koh Phangan.
To ensure a smooth arrival, you will be picked up at a designated meeting point and guided to the villa on the first day of the workshop.
