About The Masterclass
Everyone wants to live long, stay young, and feel vibrant — but what does it truly mean to age well?
Ayurveda is the first well-aging medicine — a system with thousands of years of experience and knowledge dedicated to helping us live a long, healthy, and meaningful life.
But what can we truly learn from it for our own aging process — physically, mentally, and emotionally?
I am honoured to have this conversation on Well-Aging and Longevity — the heart of Ayurveda — with Dr. Arun Sharma (B.A.M.S.), Ayurveda and Panchakarma Expert, who ignited the light of Ayurveda in my heart 11 years ago and continues to inspire me today.
My passion to study and understand Ayurveda grows every single day — it is a lifelong path of wisdom, healing, and awareness that keeps revealing new layers of truth.
In This Inspiring Masterclass…
Dr. Arun Sharma and Nancy Huettig explore the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda on well-aging, longevity, and conscious living.
While the world turns to Botox, fillers, and surgical “anti-aging” solutions, Ayurveda invites us to look deeper — into the art of living in harmony with time, nature, and the changing phases of life.
According to Ayurveda, age lies in the tissues.
When our tissues (dhatus) are nourished, our digestion is strong, and our mind is balanced, aging becomes graceful — not degenerative.
The way we age today is the result of how we have lived 10, 20, or even 30 years ago — the habits we cultivated, the food we ate, the emotions we carried, and the awareness we brought into our daily life.
This is something to become very clear about, because it also means: the choices we make today will shape our aging in the years to come.
Through this lens, aging is not something to resist, but to nourish and refine with awareness, right lifestyle, and mental clarity.
