After only a few sessions I felt like I could breathe again through both of my nostrils, for the first time in years. The amount of mucus that was released from my sinuses during the treatments was shocking to see. She also taught me how to clean my sinuses at home and I continued the nasyam treatment by myself. I was feeling much better after a few weeks, I was less tired, my face looked less puffy and finally I could get enough oxygen.
