Nancy is an Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach & Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Founder of AyuForLife and full-time (unshakable) optimist. Here to teach body-mind awareness to awaken the holistic version of all human beings. She offers AyuForLife one-on-one Ayurveda Lifestyle coaching, consultations and therapies, online courses, masterclasses and retreats.

The Home Retreat starts on Thursday in the afternoon with an opening ceremony & restorative yoga class.

Each retreat starts on Thursday and lasts until Sunday.

How does it work?

This is an online home retreat.

Make sure you have space to yourself to feel comfortable, supported, safe, fully present and able to expand in your own space.

Nancy will let you know in an email before how you can prepare your space. 

Before the retreat starts you will receive an email with all information you need for the retreat and the Zoom link. 

We will gather through Zoom sessions three times a day throughout the four days of the immersion retreat. In addition, you will receive recorded videos and PDF files that will support you with your practices and learning process throughout the day.

We will have an exclusive Retreat Facebook group as a tool for more direct support for you to share your experiences and connect to the other retreat members.  

Food is a very important part of this retreat, you will receive a list of some things you should get and have at home to be able to cook the recipes that we’ll share.

How do I participate?

We will gather through Zoom sessions three times a day throughout the three days of the immersion retreat. You will get the zoom link once you have completed your reservation.

I have purchased the retreat but can’t attend every Zoom session, how will I access the recording.

Don’t worry you won’t miss anything. You will receive an email after each session with a link to the recording. The recording will be available for 14 days after the retreat.

How much does it cost?

Watch out for the EARLY BIRD 147€. The regular price for the Home Retreat is 197€

What do I need to prepare for the retreat?

Nancy will let you know in an email beforehand explaining how you can prepare your space and what you need to get for the retreat.
